The company was founded in 2020 by five partners representing such fields as geophysics, hydroacoustics, hydrochemistry, geochemistry, marine biology, fishery and ornithology.

However, its history began much earlier – the establishment of the company was the crowning achievement of many years of fruitful cooperation between partners in environmental research for the needs of offshore and land investments.
